Tooling for Injection Moulding

Our unsurpassed technical capabilities with state-of-the-art CAD/CAM and CNC equipment enable us to build quality mould tools for high performance production with interchangeable, close tolerance components whether from single or multiple cavities. Our Tooling & Engineering Division works in partnership with our injection moulding facilities enabling adjustments, modifications, servicing and sampling of tools to be completed within short lead times. We work closely with our customers to find innovative and creative solutions to help speed customers’ injection moulded components to market.

Using parametric fundamentals of design, our Tooling & Engineering Division creates tool design models that have complete associativity throughout all of the different components of an assembly. This means that both major and minor changes to a product can be made and reviewed with the customer throughout all stages of design and build of a precision injection mould. Design changes are communicated electronically in real time to the machine programmers who are shaping the steel and can be programmed to customers via online web and video conferencing.
